Faulty items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. You must inform us that you are returning the item, you can do this via the
Contact Us page on our website. The item should be returned with its original packaging to the address shown on your invoice. We will send you a pre-paid returns mailbag to return your package in. The customer is responsible for obtaining a proof of postage certificate. We will then issue a replacement or a full refund via your original payment method. Please state which you would prefer when you inform us that you will be returning the item.
If you change your mind after purchasing an item, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and you must inform us within 48 hours that you are returning the item. You can do this via the
Contact Us page on our website. Whilst the item is in your possession you must take reasonable care of it and not use it. The item must be returned undamaged, with its original packaging to the address shown on your invoice. We will issue either an alternative item if you have selected one, or a refund (minus original postage paid) via your original payment method when the returned item is recieved by us. Please state which you would prefer when you inform us that you will be returning the item. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning an item that is not faulty and for obtaining a proof of postage certificate.
