We only deliver to the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the European Union.
Orders to the UK, Channel Islands & the Isle of Man
Postage & Packing: ONLY £3.25 Per Order!
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (Signed For)™. A signature is required on delivery.
These orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours.
Please allow 3-5 working days* for delivery (from dispatch date).
Orders to the European Union
Postage & Packing: ONLY £4.95 Per Order!
Orders are sent by Royal Mail International Airmail, these orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours.
Please allow 5-7 working days* for delivery (from dispatch date).
*Working days means all days other  than Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

All delivery times are estimated & are not guaranteed. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have provided us with when your order is dispatched. You can also log in to your Account to check the status of your order. (Customers who do not create an account will not be able to check the status of their order but will still receive a confirmation email when their order is dispatched.)

PLEASE NOTE. As a signature is required on delivery, orders cannot be left in porches or outbuildings.
Returns
Faulty items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. You must inform us that you are returning the item, you can do this via the Contact Us page on our website. The item should be returned with its original packaging to the address shown on your invoice. We will send you a pre-paid returns mailbag to return your package in. The customer is responsible for obtaining a proof of postage certificate. We will then issue a replacement or a full refund via your original payment method. Please state which you would prefer when you inform us that you will be returning the item.

If you change your mind after purchasing an item, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and you must inform us within 48 hours that you are returning the item. You can do this via the Contact Us page on our website. Whilst the item is in your possession you must take reasonable care of it and not use it. The item must be returned undamaged, with its original packaging to the address shown on your invoice. We will issue either an alternative item if you have selected one, or a refund (minus original postage paid) via your original payment method when the returned item is recieved by us. Please state which you would prefer when you inform us that you will be returning the item. The customer is responsible for the postage costs of returning an item that is not faulty and for obtaining a proof of postage certificate.
Non-delivered or Missing Orders
If your order doesn't arrive, please email us to let us know. You can do this via the Contact Us page on our website. We will then confirm with you that the address you provided is correct. We will then ask you to check at your local sorting office to see if your order is being held there for you. Sometimes cards aren’t left by postmen or are mislaid and very often missing parcels can be found here. However, don’t leave it too long before visiting the sorting office as uncollected parcels will be returned to us after 7 days. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 15 working days from the date of posting, we will send a replacement package or provide a refund if you would prefer. We are unable to replace or provide refunds for items that have been posted to an incorrect address given by the customer during the checkout process.
